LIBAA EXHIBITION RULES & GUIDELINES
Presentation of Artwork: All artwork to be displayed should be framed and presented in a professional manner. Artwork submitted for exhibition must be properly wired. Please, no strings of fishing cord.
Fees: Each artist must pay Hanging Fees of $ 5.00 per show. These fees go into the treasury of LIBAA and will be used to cover any operating expenses such as: Exhibition fees, postage, promotional materials, etc
Publicity: Each artist is responsible for submitting publicity information to LIBAA for use in publicizing upcoming shows. Please submit any bios, images of your artwork that may be used on show invitations, flyers, announcements, press releases or promotion journals. Also each artist should have information on themselves available for visitors and guests who attend the art shows, i.e. current resume or business card.
Labeling of Artwork: Artists are responsible for labeling and identifying their artwork with the LIBAA Exhibit Label. Make sure all title cards are filled in and attached to the top left corner of your work. Another card is to be filled out and given to the designated person in charge of the LIBAA Hanging Committee upon the delivery of your artwork to the place of exhibition.
